In this role you will be working on the Funds’ Financial Statements, Israeli tax reports, US Tax returns and K-1 schedules, supporting day-to-day finance activities, fund regulations (FATCA, CRS, CIMA) and supporting our investors with finance-related inquires.  This role will report to the Director of Finance.

  • Quarterly and monthly reporting to management and investors
  • Preparation of the Fund’s Financial Statements
  • Preparation of Tax reports for the Fund and its investors
  • Assistance with various financial responsibilities such as cash flow, billing & collection
  • Oversee all audit and internal control operations
  • Calculate distribution amounts for investors for all follow-on rounds, exits and dividends including but not limited to pro-rata, taxes, etc.
  • Liaise with external auditors


  • Licensed CPA
  • 2-3+ years experience working at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms required, with prior experience working with or for venture capital firms an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, prior experience working with CRM solutions such as SalesForce an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
  • Hard working and motivated
